Eat more Calories

The first and most important thing is to calculate your daily required calories, then make sure you are eating 300 to 500 more calories than your required calorie, try avoiding drinking water just before having your meal so that you can eat more food easily.

It’s important to do exercise in order to gain weight because you’ll be eating more than your required calorie so you should make sure that you don’t get unnecessary fat around your body (there’s a difference between gaining weight and gaining fat).

Do regular exercise and eat proper healthy food and make sure your calories are more than your required calories. 


Get a Sleep for 7 to 9 hours

Sleeping is an important part of changing your body, so along with eating right and exercising, getting quality sleep is an important part of weight gain. You should get a sleep of 7 to 9 hours daily.
